Welcome to Urbann Drip. At Urbann Drip, we are committed to delivering premium-quality clothing and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags are attached.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging.

  • The item has no stains, perfume, deodorant marks, damage, or alterations.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer one free size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Store Credit, or

  • A refund (if eligible).

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • Your approved return passes our quality inspection.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been worn or washed.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance, sale, or final sale items (unless they are defective or incorrect).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the package

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.

  2. Share your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  3. Wait for return approval.

  4. Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging.

  5. Ship the product back or use our pickup service (where available).

After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed if the return is approved.

8. Refund Timeline

  • Return Request Review: 1–2 business days

  • Product Inspection: 2–3 business days

  • Refund Processing: 5–7 business days

The time for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
