Thank you for shopping with Urbann Drip. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, order processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold or to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if offered. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking details.

You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier partner's tracking page.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will usually make multiple delivery attempts.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address,

  • Customer unavailability,

  • Refusal to accept the order,

the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

6. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • High order volumes

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Do not accept the package if possible.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your Order Number along with clear photos of the package and product.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Urbann Drip ships only within India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
